Renowned for its cocoa farming, the SAMBIRANO valley is located in the North-West part of the country. And, it is worldwide famous for its high-quality cocoa beans thanks to special climate, fertile soil and its proximity to the SAMBIRANO river. The unique flavor profile of SAMBIRANO cocoa often features fruity and citrusy notes, with hints of red berries and a smooth chocolatey taste. These distinct flavors have contributed to MADAGASCAR’s prominence in the chocolate industry.
